Blondshell is the stage name of Sabrina Mae Teitelbaum, an American singer-songwriter based in Los Angeles who began the project in 2022 after previously recording pop music as BAUM. Her music is generally described as indie rock or alternative rock, with a sound that draws on 1990s alternative influences and confessional, guitar-driven songwriting. She debuted Blondshell in June 2022 with the single “Olympus,” and released her self-titled first album in 2023 on Partisan Records. Her follow-up album, If You Asked for a Picture, was released in 2025 and takes its title from a Mary Oliver poem. Blondshell has been noted for live performances centered on direct vocals and a full-band rock arrangement.
