EsDeeKid is a British rapper from Liverpool, England, in the Merseyside region, who began releasing music online in 2024 with singles such as 'Apathy,' 'Ferragamo,' 'Tapped In,' and 'Little Kidda.' He debuted his first album, Rebel, in 2025 (also listed as 2024 in some sources), featuring tracks including 'Phantom,' 'LV Sandals' (with Fakemink), '4 Raws,' and 'Rottweiler.' His style blends distorted, bass-heavy production with a thick Scouse accent, drawing from trap, alternative hip-hop, cloud rap, and punk-like rebellious energy, often addressing his upbringing in Liverpool council estates. EsDeeKid maintains anonymity, never showing his face publicly and avoiding traditional interviews, which has fueled viral theories linking him to actor Timothée Chalamet. Rebel charted on the Official Albums Chart, reaching number 29, while 'Phantom' peaked at number 29 on the Singles Chart. His live performances, starting with his first show on July 12, 2024, replicate the high-energy chaos of his recordings, as seen in his New York debut at Bowery Ballroom.
