Eureka Sound is a Southern California reggae band founded in 2014 by Ryan Kordich and David Yun. The group’s stated sound blends harmonic vocal arrangements with roots reggae rhythms, and its name refers to finding spiritual enlightenment and epiphany through conscious music. The band is based in Southern California and has released a debut EP, a full-length album, and multiple singles. The group’s debut EP, Eureka, was recorded in late 2016 and released in 2017. Its full-length album Word to Mankind followed in 2019, and later releases include singles such as Do Good, Brand New Day, Talk To, and 2024–2025 material including Live at SugarShack Sessions, Seeker, and other recent releases. Their recordings have featured collaborations with artists including Iya Terra, Nick Sefakis, Kumar, and others.
