Julian Lage is an American guitarist and composer from Santa Rosa, California, born on December 25, 1987. He is identified in multiple references as a jazz guitarist, and his work is primarily associated with jazz performance and composition. For live appearances, Lage is known as a guitarist who performs both as a solo artist and in collaborative settings, including touring with established acts. The provided editorial coverage describes him joining Bob Dylan’s band for two California performances, replacing regular guitarist Doug Lancio, with additional Southern California shows scheduled.
