Los Parras is a Regional Mexican music group formed in 2016 by three brothers, Cristhian, Carlos, and César Parra, originally from Los Mochis, Sinaloa, Mexico, and based in Phoenix, Arizona. They blend traditional Mexican elements like norteño and sierreño with modern Latin influences, as heard in hits such as 'Ya Te Supere,' 'Jugando a la Baraja,' 'Si, Si Eres Tu,' and 'De Seguro.' Their debut album 11:11 reached #1 on iTunes in the Regional Mexican genre, and singles like 'Jugando a la Baraja' and 'Prendan la lumbre' charted in the Top 20 on Billboard and Regional Mexican radio. The group gained recognition through performances at events including the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo, National Tejano Music Awards, and San Francisco International Mariachi Festival. In May 2023, lead singer Carlos Parra died in a car accident near Hermosillo, Mexico, at age 26. Los Parras continued performing, honoring his legacy, including with a planned 2026 U.S. tour.
