Nekrogoblikon is an American melodic death metal band from Los Angeles, California, formed in 2006 by Nicky Calonne and Tim Lyakhovetskiy. The group’s music blends melodic death metal with heavy metal and symphonic or keyboard-driven elements, and its lyrics and imagery center on goblins. The band’s early self-produced debut, Goblin Island, appeared in 2007, followed by albums including Stench, Power, Heavy Meta, and Welcome to Bonkers. Nekrogoblikon is known for theatrical live shows and a goblin-themed stage presence, which became a defining part of its identity as the lineup expanded after the first release.
