Sitting On Saturn is a Southern California band from Ventura, California, formed by vocalist and guitarist Hoyt Yeatman, bassist Kyle Hart, and drummer Trevor Smith. The group began performing in the late 2010s and was previously known as Sitting On Stacy before rebranding to Sitting On Saturn. Their music blends alternative, indie, ska, punk, pop, and heavier rock elements. The band has released original material including the albums Perfectly Sane and Looking Past Red Flags, and it has performed live on tours with acts including the Jonas Brothers and 311. Live performances center on a three-piece lineup, with the group also appearing in some sessions with additional guitar support.
