Sons of Legion is a Nashville-based soul rock duo formed by Adam McInnis and Daddy Jack, two musicians from opposite coasts who met through a mutual connection. The band blends rock, blues, soul, and Americana influences, drawing from American musical traditions including folk, gospel, and hip-hop. McInnis grew up in a musical household influenced by reggae and singer-songwriters like Simon & Garfunkel, while the duo developed their sound through years of intensive songwriting and studio work. Their debut album, "Outlaw," emerged from this creative foundation. Sons of Legion gained widespread attention with tracks including "Power," "Fire Starter," and "Remember My Name," which have been featured on Netflix, NBC, and ESPN. The band's music emphasizes themes of courage, resilience, and personal freedom, delivered through powerful live performances and emotionally driven storytelling.
