The Interrupters are an American ska punk band formed in Los Angeles in 2011. The group’s lineup includes singer Aimee Interrupter and the Bivona brothers: Kevin on guitar, Justin on bass, and Jesse on drums. Their sound blends punk rock energy with ska and 2 Tone influences. The band released its self-titled debut album in 2014, followed by Say It Out Loud in 2016, Fight the Good Fight in 2018, and In the Wild in 2022. They are associated with the Los Angeles punk and ska scene and have toured widely, with live performances built around fast tempos, horn-driven arrangements on recorded material, and a mix of politically and socially aware lyrics with personal themes.
