Nestled in the industrial flats of Boyle Heights, Ace Mission Studios transforms historic warehouses once used by Mission Beverage Co. for beer distribution into a sprawling 18-acre creative campus. This adaptive reuse project features eight sound stages with 20–36-foot clear heights, three mill/flex spaces, over 100 production offices, and extensive support facilities, hosting major tenants like Netflix, Disney, AppleTV, and Sony. The venue's industrial architecture blends raw warehouse aesthetics with modern production infrastructure, including loading docks and 1,000+ crew parking spots, fostering an energetic hub near DTLA and the Arts District. Now doubling as a live music and event space, Ace Mission Studios captivates with its mix of open-air festival stages and cavernous indoor areas, ideal for immersive experiences. It shines for electronic music festivals like Skyline, showcasing house, techno, and underground dance sets across multiple stages, including the warehouse-style New Downtown Stage and community-focused Arts District Stage. Unique high ceilings and vast 400,000 SF layout enable grand art installations and diverse programming, from film shoots to all-day music events, embodying LA's underground creative pulse.
